Towarowa 23<br\/>43-100 Tychy<br\/>Poland<br\/>(hereinafter referred to as seller)<br\/>with its customers (hereinafter referred to as customer) via the online shop www.mapaho.com <br\/><br\/>(2) Deviating conditions of the customer are not recognized, unless the seller expressly agrees to their validity in writing.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li id=\"wd-df57600d\" class=\"wp-block-wd-list-item\"><div class=\"wd-icon\"><\/div><span class=\"wd-list-content\"><strong>\u00a72 Conclusion of contract<\/strong><br\/>(1) The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding invitation to order.<br\/>(2) By submitting the order, the customer makes a binding offer. The seller can accept this within 5 days. The automatically sent order confirmation does not constitute acceptance.  <br\/>(3) The contract text is stored by the seller and sent to the customer by e-mail after conclusion of the contract.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li id=\"wd-9ea52f67\" class=\"wp-block-wd-list-item\"><div class=\"wd-icon\"><\/div><span class=\"wd-list-content\"><strong>\u00a73 Prices and terms of payment<\/strong><br\/>(1) All prices include the statutory value added tax.<br\/>(2) Shipping costs are shown separately before completion of the order.<br\/>(3) Accepted payment methods: [PayPal, credit card, Klarna, advance payment, invoice (only for public authorities and corporate customers after credit check)].<br\/>(4) If payment is made in advance, the purchase price is due immediately after conclusion of the contract.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li id=\"wd-38c05423\" class=\"wp-block-wd-list-item\"><div class=\"wd-icon\"><\/div><span class=\"wd-list-content\"><strong>\u00a74 Delivery and shipping conditions<\/strong><br\/>(1) Delivery is made to the delivery address specified by the customer.<br\/>(2) Delivery times are non-binding, unless they have been expressly agreed as binding.<br\/>(3) Partial deliveries are permissible, as far as they are reasonable for the customer.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li id=\"wd-04c5b7b6\" class=\"wp-block-wd-list-item\"><div class=\"wd-icon\"><\/div><span class=\"wd-list-content\"><strong>\u00a75 Retention of title<\/strong><br\/>The delivered goods remain the property of the seller until full payment has been received.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li id=\"wd-4a9c77c7\" class=\"wp-block-wd-list-item\"><div class=\"wd-icon\"><\/div><span class=\"wd-list-content\"><strong>\u00a76 Right of withdrawal<\/strong><br\/>Consumers have a legal right of withdrawal. The complete revocation instructions can be found here: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mapaho.com\/en\/cancellation-policy\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"11\">Revocation instructions<\/a>. <\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li id=\"wd-5c41b0f3\" class=\"wp-block-wd-list-item\"><div class=\"wd-icon\"><\/div><span class=\"wd-list-content\"><strong>\u00a77 Warranty and liability<\/strong><br\/>(1) The statutory warranty rights apply.<br\/>(2) For used goods, the warranty period is 12 months from delivery.<br\/>(3) The seller is liable without limitation in case of intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, as well as according to the Product Liability Act.<br\/>(4) In all other respects, liability is limited to contractually typical, foreseeable damages.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li id=\"wd-613cb535\" class=\"wp-block-wd-list-item\"><div class=\"wd-icon\"><\/div><span class=\"wd-list-content\"><strong>\u00a78 Special notes on the intended use<\/strong><br\/>(1) The offered GPS trackers may only be used for lawful purposes (e.g. vehicle tracking with the consent of the owner, investigations by authorized persons).<br\/>(2) Misuse for unauthorized surveillance of third parties is punishable.
