Our devices are used for applications such as vehicle tracking, theft protection, people and animal tracking, fleet management, and outdoor and sports activities. Depending on the model, various functions are available, including real-time tracking, geo-fencing, route history, or alarm notifications.

How can I set up and manage my tracker?

Most devices can be configured via an app or a web platform. After activating the tracker, you can retrieve live positions, set alarms, and view the route history. We provide an easy-to-understand manual with each device.

What is the difference between a BLE tracker and a GPS tracker?

BLE trackers (Bluetooth Low Energy) operate with very low power consumption and do not require a SIM card. As a result, they achieve a very long battery life, but are generally not rechargeable. Location points are received at longer and more irregular intervals, and tracking depends on the reception of other BLE-enabled devices.

GPS trackers, on the other hand, determine their position via satellite and transmit data (usually via the mobile network) at regular, freely adjustable intervals. They offer precise real-time tracking but require a SIM card and, due to higher power consumption, have a shorter battery life or need to be charged more frequently.

In brief: BLE = extremely energy-efficient, long runtime, no SIM, but less accurate & less frequent localization. GPS = precise real-time tracking, SIM-based, but higher power consumption.

How accurate is the tracking?

Modern GPS tracking devices achieve an accuracy of 1–5 meters outdoors. In buildings or densely built-up areas, accuracy may vary slightly depending on satellite reception.

Do I need a SIM card for the GPS tracker?

No, you do not need to acquire your own SIM card. Our GPS trackers are already delivered with an integrated SIM card, which includes a 5-year term. The data volume for this period is fully included in the purchase price. You can therefore use the tracker immediately, without additional costs or contract agreements.
